ScoutPig – Terms of Use

Welcome to ScoutPig, the mobile tool built for Amazon FBA sellers. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ScoutPig mobile application and website (https://www.scoutpig.com). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

2. Use of the Service

ScoutPig grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or business purposes related to Amazon selling. You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful activities
• Interfere with the app's functionality or attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware or reverse engineer the app

3. Subscriptions

ScoutPig offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription for unlimited barcode scans and additional features.

• Subscription Length: Monthly (billed every 30 days)
• Content Provided: Unlimited product scans, sales data analysis, and scan history
• Pricing: As shown in the App Store (based on your region)

You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Privacy and Data Use

ScoutPig collects limited user data including email, location, and Amazon seller info. We use Firebase and Google Analytics to improve your experience. Your data is stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

ScoutPig may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and features in the app are the intellectual property of ScoutPig and protected by law. You may not reuse or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.

7. Apple Standard EULA

This app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs:

• Your non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices
• Your responsibilities for data, device usage, and legal compliance
• Limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers

ScoutPig reserves all rights not expressly granted in that agreement.

8. Limitations of Liability

ScoutPig is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. The app and its data are provided “as is.”

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
